We currently have a fantastic new opportunity for a dynamic Customer Management Coordinator to join our busy team in the Head Office to drive the growth of existing and future business with our customers.


The key responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to:


  • Customer Database Management including processing new customer applications and maintaining customer account details
  • Creating and maintaining strategic pricing agreements with Key Account Customers
  • Maintaining, despatching, and analysis of systems.
  • Analysing development of turnover and profitability of existing customers
  • Supporting price reviews to offer market-orientated pricing


Key to your success will be your ability to demonstrate the following skills:


  • Ability to produce quality work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with entering, organising and analysing large amounts of data
  • Ability to work under time pressure as well as to plan and organise work schedule most effectively
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team
  • Experience in SAP preferred but not required


This role would be well suited to an ambitious individual that has demonstrated experience in data entry and data analysis. An understanding of sales would be advantageous. Your strong work ethic and passion for customers and our sales force will see you directly impact the growth and development of our global brand.
