An opportunity has come up for a highly organised individual to join our Internal Sales team to assist with our exciting and busy environment and be a part of our long term success story.

 

This role requires an experienced, competent and motivated individual with high attention to detail, who is capable of taking their own initiative and making the role their own to provide fantastic results.

 

As the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a number of duties and will to be able to work and react well under pressure.  The field of responsibility is very wide and reaches from normal customer service, internal sales activities to the procurement and processing of special orders.

 

Your strong communication skills and willingness to assist others will differentiate you from the rest.

 

Your day to day duties will include:

 

  • Process phone, email and fax orders
  • Answering calls & handling enquiries
  • Provide excellent service to customers
  • Investigating and processing of credits
  • Data entry
  • General admin duties
  • Handling of special orders

  • Excellent people skills with the ability to deal with all levels of staff in all situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in administrative duties
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Highly organised and  prepared to be adaptable to our ever changing work environment
