Wurth New Zealand is in search of a driven individual to fill our newly established E-Business Digital Marketing Coordinator role.

Currently, we are expanding our business strategies with the goal of consistently meeting our customer demands and supporting our outbound sales staff with more avenues for customers to place orders.

The need for this role has arisen as we work to support our company's growth in an online capacity by providing a great online user experience to our customers to back our current B2B business model.

We are excited about the addition of this job opportunity to our business model as we aim to use our Online Store to keep up with the busy, sales driven environment we have here at Wurth and to continue to establish Wurth as the company of choice for our customers.

About You

The person for this role will be passionate about online strategies. They will have curiosity about the online world and an interest in how to market Wurth NZ to generate the best user experience for our customers and grow our Online Shop sales.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven skills in creating advertising content in a digital marketing capacity. This could be in the form of blogs, social media or other online channels.
  • Has an interest in data trends to track how interfaces are being used and what content draws attention.
  • Can adapt to new ideas and welcomes feedback.
  • Is collaboration focused, driven to work with other team members and eagerly shares knowledge to cultivate ideas to grow the E-Business department.
  • Is an autonomous worker who can prioritise tasks and take responsibility of the digital marketing strategies.
  • Can operate in an environment that moves quickly and is flexible in changing environments.

About the Role

  • Marketing content creation to ensure that our website is regularly updated with new promotional material. This also includes curating an engaging social media presence.
  • Using Google Analytics, Mailchimp and other marketing software to communicate with customers and note trends in Online Store use.
  • Planning on Digital Marketing developments and strategising on how new innovations will fuel our online sales growth
  • Collaborating with others both within and outside of the department to create marketing material, discuss ideas and optimising website with new initiatives.
  • Website management to ensure that all functions are operating effectively and is updated to latest promotions.
  • Communicate to our outbound colleagues on promotional material to drive online sales.
